We had an amazing time at this hotel! the location is fantastic, just a short walk away from one of the nicest beaches in the area. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the room may have been a bit dated, but it was still functional, and the bathroom was really nice. We loved the balcony with its view of the beach, perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunset. the hotel also provided beach chairs, towels, and even sunscreen for our convenience.
The breakfast options were a bit limited.

It has lots of character and is so well located by beach and restaurants. Yet nice and quiet also lovely deck off the room meant could enjoy the sun on and off while my son had some playtime

Really charming guest house style hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Bright and clean, made for a cosy and enjoyable stay. The rooms were cleaned every morning and there was a great breakfast with fresh fruit and croissants. It was a plus to have a hotel that was just 2 minutes from the beach one way, and with all the bars/restaurants in the main street of la barra 5 mins the other direction - but you couldnt hear any noise late at night in the room. Definitely a great hotel to choose if you're staying in la barra.

The balconies have a nice view of the sunset. They also offer free use of beach chairs, towels, and sunscreen which is really convenient. the location is great because it's on a quiet road close to the beach.
The interior looks outdated and needs some renovation. the furniture and decor looks old and dingy which made me feel uncomfortable.

Fabulous location! Located on a "side" road to one of La Barras´ nicest beaches. Meaning no traffic noise and a very short walk to the beach. We had a balcony with a view to the beach (even without a sea view) and the colors of the sunset. They lend out beach chairs and beach towels, and even sunscreen 70 from the reception when needed. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, a nice family-run hotel.
The interior of the room seemed a bit dated but is still OK/functional (but the bathroom was really nice).

Location is very good. The hotel is near La Barra main street and top restaurants and stores. Staff is friendly and will assist you. The room is confortable, clean and are cleaned daily.
Very expensive. Cheap breakfast with no buffet. You only get what they serve, and its not much for the price they charge (u$250 a day). And if you want to pay by credit card you must pay a 20% tax. The hotel is near the beach, and with some effort you acctually see the beach, but sideways. The television is not lcd, plasma or led. The cable channels available are very few.

During my Christmas stay, I had a great time at this hotel located in an excellent spot near the beach. I appreciated how the hotel offered beach chairs and towels, as well as sunscreen if needed, making my packing for the trip easier. The proximity of the hotel to the beach was a significant plus, with a short walkaway from the waves and no street noise disturbance. The staff, who ran the hotel, was friendly and helpful, with an overall pleasant family-run atmosphere.
The interior of the hotel's room had a slightly dated feel, but nothing too uncomfortable, always functional. The bathroom, though, was nicely furnished, and that made up for the minimal decor of the room.

Andrew, the owner and his father were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but good.
The room was very small with old carpet on the floor that was not clean. There was no dresser only a single shelf for clothes and a short small closet space above the shelf. On the plaster wall beside the small fridge there appeared to be a considerable patch of mould growing. Considering the cost of this room was $250 CDN approx, we felt it was much too expensive for what was offered.
